At the foot of the “Crussol” mountain, Saint Péray is produced on clay limestone and granite soils.
The most southern vineyard in the Northern Rhône produces only white wines, in a cooler micro-climate.
White wines of Saint Péray have minerality, hallmark of the appellation, with a harmonious structure between roundness and freshness.
Our domaines
A few years ago, Cave de Tain decided to rehabilitate a superb vineyard slope within Saint Péray. The first section, which was planted with both Marsanne and Roussanne vines, is already in production.
